**Admin Assistant**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Admin Assistant **to become part of our friendly multi-disciplinary team at Elmbank Group Practice in Aberdeen. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist our Reception team in caring for our 11,700 patients. We are a training practice with 7 GP Partners, salaried & trainee GPs, 2 ANPs, a Paramedic Practitioner, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 HCAs, 2 Pharmacists and a supportive admin team.

Excellent communication, pro-activity, confidentiality, team working, previous experience in dealing with the general public and ability to remain focused in a fast paced environment are all key skills required to successfully fulfil this role.

What you would be doing during your Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm shift is
- Managing incoming mail

Referral Letters

Insurance Reports

Medical Records

Data Entry

General Admin Duties

Covering Reception if necessary

Minute taking
