We are looking for an experienced supervisors to join our team and help us run Mare Street Market; a Bar, Restaurant and Deli in the heart of Hackney.

Valuing the ‘Customer Experience’ is a must. A passion for wine, food and cocktails is equally important.

**About The Role**

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in managing food service, drink preparation and promoting and overseeing excellent customer service.

Mare Street Market is a large-scale venue of up to 500 covers. Managing the ambience, customer satisfaction and being adept at reacting to issues is really important to our success.

This is an exceptional role for those in hospitality who want to develop their experience amongst the vibrant buzz of Mare Street Market.

As a supervisor at Mare Street Market, you will:

- Ensure that shifts are ran smoothly by effectively leading the team and ensuring high standards of service
- Ensure health & safety and food hygiene standards are maintained while on shift
- Provide high quality service training for new staff
- Be part of and support the management team in running of the venue
- Handling customer complaints and allergen requests

Mare Street Market is London's first multi purpose bar & restaurant project. The space houses a restaurant, deli, bar, record shop, florist, coffee roastery, barber shop, pop-up shop, bottle shop & garden bar.

You must have good levels of written and spoken English and full eligibility to work in the UK.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
