Customer Support Administrator Banking

Flexsource NI part of Cpl jobs, are delighted to be recruiting for a permanent Customer Support Administrators for our client a leading financial institution.
This role will involve working in the Savings department supporting colleagues and customer accounts.
**Essential Criteria**
Minimum of 6 GCSE’s Grade A-C including Maths and English (Certificates need to be obtained)
**Essential Criteria.**
IT Literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
**Remuneration Package**
Basic salary of £22k + Bonus, Life Insurance, Health cash plan, 20% Pension, 37 days holidays per year, Holiday purchase scheme, excellent training and progression opportunities.
Hybrid Working Model 3 at home 2 in office or vice versa after training is completed.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 1 hour lunch. 35 hours per week.
Location: Belfast City Centre
