Macildowie are thrilled to be partnering alongside a **Financial Services** business in **Derby**.
Our client is expanding their ever-growing resolutions team and is in search for their next **Complaints Investigator**.

This is a **full-time, permanent** positon working Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00 - 17:30. They also offer an attractive **hybrid** working model, with the requirement to work 3 days in their newly refurbished office and the remaining 2 days from home.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and investigate financial complaints handled by the business and third parties.
- Ensure fair customer outcomes whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Liaising with firms and advisers to obtain relevant client files and case reports.
- Maintain spreadsheets for audit trails and producing market intelligence.
- Provide recommendations for complaint resolution and draft responses.
- Self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- CeMAP qualified would be highly desirable.
- Organised with a solution-led mind set.
- Experience within financial services; preferable Mortgage or Insurance is essential.
