**Job Role: Service Desk Coordinator**

**Location: Preston**

**Salary: £24,000-£26,000**

My client are a fast growing Microsoft Solutions Specialist provider who are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the service desk team.

This is a great opportunity to with one of the top microsoft partner's in the world who have been in business for over 20 years.

- Working 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9:00am - 5:30pm,
- Paid for Microsoft qualifications
- Yearly company trip away
- 33 days’ annual leave (not including bank holidays)

**Key Skills and Responsibilities**
- Scheduling and assigning tickets
- Monitor the flow of support requests and incidents
- Monitor and analyse KPI's
- Triaging incoming tickets, assigning them to appropriate technicians
- Maintain accurate records of service desk activities
