**The role **

We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join the fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius.

**We would love to welcome you to our Belfast Office location for the days you are in the office.**

**You’ll report into the Curtis Broadbent, Sales Director on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.**

**What would your day to day look like?**
- Delivering high value sales conversions. Leads will be provided.
- Ensure that the CRM is up to date and holds all the customer information relating to sales and the pipeline
- Deliver the sales targets
- Be a team player and refer business opportunities to other group companies as per the internal referral targets that are set
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated
- To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy
- To perform any other duties as may be reasonably be require from time-to-time

**What do we expect of you?**

**Key Skills/Attributes**
- 3-10 years’ experience within a proven Energy sales company.
- Experience generating their own leads and examples.
- Able to prove they can work under pressure and to a target-based system.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft (or equivalent) software use.
- Experience with a CRM, for example, HubSpot, 8x8.
- Lead from the front and work well within a team.
