**Syncord recruitment are looking for Graduates for a permanent Assistant Site Manager position based in Leeds.**

Graduates from a construction background or someone who has recently graduated and has some site experience is desireable but not essential.

Our client, a specialist Interior Fit Out company based in West Yorkshire with sites in Leeds, Manchester and Nationwide. They are currently on the lookout for Graduates who are looking to pursue a career in Site Management.

Syncord Ltd are currently representing a well respected Fit Out and Installation company based in West Yorkshire. They are recruiting for permanent site Managers to work on projects throughout the UK.

You will be responsible for all day to day running of the installation project. You must ensure you and your site team deliver projects on time, in line with all our company procedures & to the highest standard.

You must have relevant experience overseeing fast paced installations, a hands-on approach is key to this. Ensuring you get the best out of your team and overcome any problems you may come across.

You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and will be required to attended project progress meetings with the main contractor. Site recording is essential, you will be required to record all site progress and keep a site dairy.
- Day to day management of the Installation Projects alongside the Site Manager
- Assisting with the management of all subcontractors and site operatives.
- Ensure site rules and Health and Safety are adhered to by all site operatives and sub-contractors.
- Manage the distribution of materials into the correct areas to allow the installation team to work efficiently.
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times by site personnel.
- Manage and arrange the labour and resource required to carry out site works.
- Coordination with other trades on site.
- Coordination and logístical planning with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor and record all supplier deliveries, ensuring that any shortages or damages are reported to head office and the supplier.
- Accurately monitor and report the installation process to ensure that programme dates are always achieved and maintained.
- Ensure all site works are correctly and safely installed in line with the construction drawings
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of projects and the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Must be hardworking, honest & reliable
- Fit Out or Construction site experience
- Have good communication skills
- Full driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
