This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend office 3 days per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Craft a Winning Contact Strategy: Craft a masterful plan to connect with valued customers, ensuring targeted Account Reviews, impactful campaigns, and pipeline-driving calls.
- Unlock Growth Opportunities with Data Insights: Uncover the secrets of portfolio performance, leveraging analytical expertise to unlock growth opportunities, minimise risks, and pave the way for success.
- Harness Customer Insights for Upsell Success: Sharpen your questioning and listening prowess to delve into the heart of customer needs, converting identified potential into upsells and cross-sells.
- Master the Flow of Opportunity Pipeline Management: Navigate the ever-evolving landscape of opportunities, interpreting performance reports with precision to identify areas for maximum impact.
- Cultivate Customer Loyalty: Nurture long-lasting relationships with existing customers, fostering loyalty and driving retention through exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Embrace Pursuit of Excellence: Set your sights on achieving targets with unwavering focus and an unstoppable drive to excel.
**Requirements**:
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) context, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. If you haven’t, you’ll need to tell us the skills you have that you believe are transferable to a B2B sales role.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and thrive in a competitive market.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Team Collaboration: We’re looking for team players with a can-do attitude, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools for efficient account management and reporting.
- Target Driven: We work in a target driven environment, both in terms of effort and results and you’ll need to be comfortable with this and have a passion for delivering against your targets.
