**About the role and our team**

Join our team as a Bank Leisure Attendant within our Regional/Outdoor Team

You will be responsible for supervising and supporting the general public to ensure the safe operation of the sports facilities.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Basic maintenance of the pitch
- Liaising with user groups
- Ensuring the changing facilities, toilets, offices and equipment are clean and safe to use
- Dealing with customer feedback at an initial stage
- Using various cleaning machines (training provided)
- Reporting faults and broken equipment
- Offering trained assistance to the public
- Undertaking minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks on goals and nets

In particular we are looking for staff who could be fairly flexible on covering lettings on different pitches, including:

- The Bowl 3G Pitch
- Castle Rushen High School Synthetic Pitch
- Ramsey Grammar School Synthetic Pitch
- QEII High School Synthetic Pitch
- NSC Synthetic Pitch / Athletics Track

**Additional information**

Please note an enhanced police check is required for this post, which the Department will cover the cost of for you. A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
