Our Client is a distributor of Healthcare Equipment.

This office-based role will support the operations team based at our head office in Chatham, Kent. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.

The objective of this role is to support the supply chain and procurement operations. Working closely with the purchasing team, suppliers and other departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services for the organisation. Ensuring lead times are adhered to, maintaining our minimum target OTIF to customers of 97%.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:
Placing orders and negotiating pricing with suppliers

Chasing outstanding orders

Stock checking

Service parts sourcing & management

Supplier returns management

This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal applicant will be a great communicator and team player with a customer-centric approach.

**Requirements for the role**:
