We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a well
- established Estate agency who have a fantastic reputation in the area.

The main purpose of the role is to manage the property sales process from listing to completion and keeping all parties up to date though out the process to ensure that they are receiving the best service possible.

Working Hours Monday to Friday 0845-1730 (1hr unpaid break each day) and one in three Saturdays 0845-1300 (no break)

**Duties**:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors - including arranging and following up on Valuation
- Co-ordinate the listing for properties including arranging photography and EPC report,
- Prepare marketing materials for the property e.g. publish brochure, for sale boards, window cards, newspaper advertisements
- Regularly carry out property matches for potential applicants
- Keep the vendor regularly up to date on the progress of the listing and be their first point of contact for any queries.
- Arrange suitable viewing appointments and carry out viewings as and when required
- Keep the CRM system up to date with any progess
- Manage the offer process by communicating all offers for sale in writing to both the vendor and the applicant, assisting in the negotiation process and confirming acceptance in writing once achieved;
- Co-ordinate the creation of Memorandums of Sale
- Lead on renegotiation throughout the sale process as necessary in order to complete the sale;
- Ensure that all relevant invoices are processed and issued within the given timeframes;
- You will liaise with solicitors, contractors and 3rd parties as required by the role in order to provide a full and efficient service to our clients and ensure timely completion of sale
- Introduce other appropriate products to our clients

**Skills needed**:

- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Conscientious
- Ability to work on own initiative;
- Excellent co-ordination and time management skills.
- Previous experience within residential sales or equivalent;
- A proven track record of working towards targets;
- Strong IT skills
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
