Next Day Coffee is a coffee supplier supplying businesses throughout the UK. The company is long established and is looking to add further strength to its team to support its continued growth.

**Key Duties**
- Responsible for proactive management of orders
- Resolve challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled or complete
- Responsible for ensuring customer complaints are handled effectively and within a timely manner
- Key member of the customer service team

**Experience**
- Use of Sage Line 50 Accounts (advantageous, but not essential)
