**Salary for this role: £27,000 pa + uncapped commission (OTE £40k pa)**
Are you a Business Development Executive or Internal Account Executive looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Are you looking for a role where you are an integral member of the team? Do you want to work for a market leader that really do value their staff? If so, we may have a fantastic opportunity for you
**Main Duties will include**:
- Identify high level management and decision makers in the Contact Centre, Customer Service and Customer Experience sectors
- Cold call prospects to secure initial discovery calls with the Sales Director
- Prospecting from a variety of data sources to create interest in our full suite of products and professional services
- Book face to face, and video (via MS Teams) appointments for the Sales Director
- Proactive communication with all members of the Account Management, Creative, Studio and Marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders as required
- Liaise with Creative Team to arrange assets for some meetings and events.
- Work to targets and deadlines
- Responsible for managing and updating all data for prospects
- Presentation and analysis of results at monthly sales meetings
- Build profile within industry by attending events and maximizing social media channels
- Develop and nurture productive relationships with internal teams
**Person Specification**
**Experience**
- Proven experience of identifying key decision makers within an organisation
- Proven experience of closing appointments over the telephone
**Qualities and Attitude**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writte
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and result
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Positive attitude towards work, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as being part of a wider team
- Resilient with the ability to effectively handle objections
**Product Knowledge**
- Working knowledge of mainstream CRM platform
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Working knowledge and experience of LinkedIn in a commercial setting
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
