Purpose of the job:
The role of the Senior Account Executive (Healthcare) will be to support the Account Manager/Account Director on portfolio of clients with a total revenue of £250k per annum and to support with the client relationship management and development within that portfolio. They will be responsible for supporting (complex campaigns) and leading (low/medium complexity campaigns) including brief development in collaboration with client & internal colleagues; project managing through the various development stages and ensuring the campaign is delivered on time, on budget and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day to day client account and project management
- Ability to take a client brief and understand client feedback
- Understand to be able to communicate feedback clearly to creative team to brief in effectively
- Responsible,with the Account Manager, for the implementation of client projects and campaigns, liaising regularly with them to ensure that communication flows effectively
- Managing budgets, PO’s and campaigns within time and budget
- Creating and maintaining contact reports and client liaison
- Having a good understanding of the client brand guidelines
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all internal departments to enable excellence in client delivery
- Meeting preparations/presentations and reporting on key decisions
- Administration support to the Account Team
- Working with the Account Manager / Account Director to create the brief and to brief creative and assist with the formulation of project strategies
