What makes this role unique is that you will be an integral part of supporting the Head of Fund Services, International, along with the wider department and office.

**Some of your key responsibilities in this role will be**:

- Provide administrative management support to the Head of Department, their Management Team, along with the wider department.
- Assist with the preparation, formatting and editing Fund Services committee papers, presentations, and reports (Excel, Word & PowerPoint via MS Teams and SharePoint).
- Calendar management.
- Ensure working relationships, internally and externally are positively maintained.
- Assist with planned and ad hoc projects/tasks as required to support the team.
- Meeting support and coordination including agenda preparation and minutes.
- Assist with arranging conference events, organising attendance, travel, etc.
- Coordination of team events & activities.
- Support financial management; invoices, purchase orders, credit card management
- This role is based on site at London King’s Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund’s global portfolio.**What you’ll need**

You will need to be a dynamic individual with financial services or similar experience, who really enjoys engaging with a range of stakeholders and working across Microsoft Office Suite:

- Experience managing diaries for Senior Leadership.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
- Track record of maintaining positive professional relationships, internally and externally.
- Proactive and forward-planning mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High-level organization skillset for coordinating teams, tasks, and planning.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently but also be part of a highly collaborative office.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
