- 8:30am - 5:00pm**

***Location: Barton-Upon-Humber**

**Temporary position - 6 months***

Generic duties:
To provide administrative support to the organisation. Attend in the day-to-day operations and functions of the Human Resources Department and Administrative function. A lot of the work will consist of manipulating the data into Graphs to produce HR Metrics. Maintain a confidential, organised and updated employee record of information available for HR and Finance use. To ensure that all employee benefits and claims are reported and granted accordingly based on essential and statutory conditions mandated by the law.
- Update of Employee Information and Membership Details
- Timekeeping / Monitor employees leaves
- Sourcing and recruitment
- Monitoring of pre-employment requirements for new hires
- Managing all training courses and records
- Responsible for maintaining the organizational chart
- Assist the Head of HR with annual salary and appraisal reviews
- Update of monthly headcount report
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
