The Healthcare Collection is recruiting on behalf of a long-established elective healthcare provider based in London.

We’re looking for a confident and empathetic Surgical Sales Associate to join their team. Able to build strong relationships with people at all levels, you’ll have proven sales experience and be results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed targets. And you’ll be computer-literate, with good administrative skills.

**The role involves**:

- Liaising with colleagues, surgeons, clinicians and partners to provide elective surgery patients with a seamless experience at every stage of their journey
- Taking enquiries and booking consultations for elective procedures advising, and supporting patients appropriately
- Working in partnership with their surgeons to deliver world-class patient care
- Using initiative to address patient concerns and challenges

**Based in our clients’ central London office, you’ll enjoy**:

- £50,000 OTE (£27,000 base salary + 2% commission)
- A minimum of 29 days holiday per year, including public holidays
- Occupational pension scheme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00 per year
