Prestigious Central London cosmetic surgery & aesthetic business are looking for an experienced Non-Surgical Sales Manager to take responsibility for meeting sales targets of non-surgical treatments (therapist & nurse-led) through optimising new client sales (consulting) and supporting & managing practitioners throughout the sales process.

Please note the role requires previous experience from a sales-focused cosmetic surgery/ aesthetics background with previous experience selling non-surgical treatments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Taking ownership of non-surgical sales, covering conducting client consultations, managing team of practitioners to meet sales targets, developing non-surgical department with Management and Marketing
  • To design a personalised treatment program for new clients, focusing on closing the sale during the consultation and ensuring clients are booked in as requested for appointments
  • Working with team of Aesthetic Therapists and Nurses to ensure clinic non-surgical sales targets are met, by identifying sales opportunities and closing sales for therapists
  • Ensuring five-star customer services are provided throughout the customer journey- from consultation, to appointment booking, treatment and follow up
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Administrative duties in relation to sale- relevant paperwork etc. and sharing this with teams
  • Meeting non-surgical sales targets on a monthly basis meeting own consultation targets, and managing team of practitioners to achieve theirs
  • Resolving Client complaints related to non-surgical treatments
  • Development of non-surgical department liaising with Management



Requirements


  • This role would suit a current non-surgical sales manager or a consulting clinic manager
  • aesthetics/non-surgical sales: 5 years minimum
  • sales management : 5 years minimum
  • luxury: 2 years minimum
