Overview:
We are seeking a creative team-member to function as our link to our Social media channels. This involves working with Meta, Tiktok and Youtube primarily, scheduling posts, creating content, researching and managing ads and similar. The job also entails writing blogposts, interviewing relevant artists.
As our company is ever changing and evolving, so is the job, and an understanding of working in a dynamic environment is important.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest and similar.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to improve performance
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- social media advertising: 1 year (preferred)
