I am currently looking to hire a Sales Ledger Assistant for a 6 month fixed term contract, based in London.

**Client Details**

My client is an established property management company based in London, close to Victoria tube station. Due to year end fast approaching they are looking to hire a Sales Ledger Assistant on a 6 month FTC to join the company.

This role will focus on cash allocations and dealing with historical queries.

It is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 year experience to work for a large property company.

**Description**

**Sales Ledger Assistant, London**
- Resolve tenant account queries, including those generated by collection activity, issue of invoices or statements, customer contact, or from local credit support teams
- Proactively review unallocated cash (prepayments and cash suspense) and allocate on the system following customer contact, including reallocation of other receipts as necessary
- Reconciliation of tenant accounts, working with the Credit Manager, Cashier, Property Accountant, and local Shopping Centre administration teams
- Reallocation of receipts, including reallocations proposed by the Credit Manager and local credit control support teams
- Process refunds, where due, in line with company guidelines
- Support statutory audit of arrears, expected credit losses and posting of write-offs

**Profile**
- Great analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in a comparable role - with multiple bank accounts and client ledgers
- Good time planning and management
