**JOB ROLE**:Online Operations Executive**
JOB TYPE**:TEMPORARY - to finish in March 2023**

Our client is looking for aempathetic and experienced customer service exec to join the team to support their day to day operations.**
HOURS**:9am - 6pm**
SALARY**:£14.42 (equivalent of 30K)

**LOCATION**:Hybrid/Flexible Working**Nearest Tube**: Haggerston**

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Receiving customer enquiries online and actioning and resolving
- Answering phone call queries about different services
- Always provide an outstanding customer service to all clients
- General administration duties when required
- Supporting existing customers when discussing other services company can provide
- Walking customers through services and processes to help resolve issues for them
- Update CRM systems and update customer's progress of their cases
- Reviewing and updating customer requests and changes
- Any other ad hoc duties

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- A genuine passion for supporting social changes and joining the company's social mission
- Emotionally supportive and empathetic when speaking and handling all complaints
- Positive can-do attitude, willing to jump in on any task however big or small
- High attention to detail and super organised
- Collaborative team player, able to take direction when required and work off own initiative when appropriate
- Great customer service experience
