**Job Description Summary**: Providing administrative and business support for the Global Supply Chain/HR teams on the Cheltenham campus. The position will also provide key administrative tasks for the campus apprentice program and new campus starters. This position requires an execution focused administrator, who can handle multiple priorities and tasks to support the supply chain/site leader, HR leader, apprentice program leader, communications leader, and their staff level teams and other senior stakeholders on and off site.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Provide administration support to the Supply Chain & HR organization in Cheltenham
- Co-ordination of agendas and schedules for visitors to the campus, in partnership with other administrators / exec assistants on the site. (can include car hire, hotel accommodations, visitors passes, food ordering, etc.)
- Provide general administration support to include: meeting administration, diary management, conference room bookings, arranging offsite events, office supply ordering, Long Service Award management, travel arrangement, timecards, business cards, arranging E-passes as required for external visitors, T&L expense reporting, etc.
- Provide administration support to the site HR leader - occasionally support the HR team with meeting arrangements & detailed meeting note taking
- Co-ordination of the Manufacturing Operator New Starter Induction Week 1, liaising with HR Services, the internal trainers and the Customer Training Team. This includes being assigned as their manager for the first three weeks whilst in training and raising all the necessary workflows.
- Manage onboarding of Supply-Chain Appendices and provide overall admin and back-up support for the program.
- Manage several critical business processes including: Managing MyTime for the GSC staff and Apprentices (time & attendance, vacation planning), Long Service Award management, and Supply-Chain training planning
- Provide data and action tracking reporting for the site Lean initiatives and Action Work Outs, regular rhythms (PCC, BUC’s, etc)
- Support the Communications leader with the Campus branding strategy and own weekly campus communications (Newsletter)

***Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Experience in administration and business support, including working with time and attendance systems
- Experience in supporting leadership on a daily basis with diary management, travel management and expense processing
- Experience dealing with sensitive/confidential informatio
- Strong IT skills
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word
- Photography, and or commercial graphics background
- Good attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively

**Work arrangements**:

- Monday thru Friday Full-Time (37hrs/week) required for role
- Role to be based onsite
- Ability to support occasional out of regular hours support (travel issues, work functions, etc)
