**Accounts Receivable Coordinator/Administrator (12 month Fixed-Term contract)
Clerkenwell, Central London
Offering between £25,000-£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**Purpose of the role**
Acting as an integral part of the S&S UK Finance team, the AR Administrator will join the current AR Administrator and share primary responsibility for all Accounts Receivable administration to include raising co-edition, sub-rights and royalties revenue invoices,allocating cash received, chasing outstanding debt and dealing with customer queries. They will also assist the Financial Accountant and Financial Controller with higher level administration and reconciliation of the Accounts Receivable ledger.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Raising co-edition, sub-rights and royalties revenue invoices and posting them on the Navision accounting system
- Allocation of cash received;
- Recognition of accounting entries for withholding tax and bank charges deducted from customer remittances;
- Dealing with backlog of aged unallocated receipts - liaising with customers to obtain missing remittances;
- Analysing royalty statements and raising invoices to recognise revenue by individual titles;
- Liaising with the Rights and Production teams to ensure invoicing is timely and in line with signed contracts and other relevant documents;
- Sending invoices to customers and following up on outstanding debts;
- Raising credit notes to correct errors or variances;
- Liaising with the Royalties and Financial Control team to ensure effective checking and reconciliation of revenue recognised and customer balances

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience working in a similar (global accounts receivable) role including raising sales invoices and credit control, with a good understanding of withholding tax (essential) Experience with invoicing goods shipping internationally post Brexit(desired but not essential)
- Experienced in using Navision accounting software (desired but not essential)
