**We are currently recruiting for** a **Meeting and Events **Bartender** f**or** **our 5 Star Luxury Hotel** **The** Londoner.**

**Overview**:

- An Amazing opportunity to join Meetings and Events Operations Team as Meeting & Events Bartender at The Londoner Hotel.
- As a Meeting & Events Bartender you will work alongside the bar management team to assist with achieving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
- The role of Bartender is also involves Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary under the guidance of the bar management team.

**About You**:

- Current cocktail bar experience within a luxury bar or restaurant, ideally with a good knowledge of cocktails and fine wines.
- You must have the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure they come to completion to achieve the required results.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets.
- Demonstrates passionate and drive to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
