We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join our innovative and fast paced business. You will have a 'can do' attitude who can hit the ground running and be a successful contributor to a rapidly growing company.

**Job Summary**:
As a HR Generalist, you will be part of our small but friendly HR team. Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources and working closely with the wider business to perform a varied range of duties including but not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing HR policy guidance & maintain in-depth knowledge of UK employment law. Manage all employee relations including short and long term sickness absences, disciplinaries (including investigations), grievances, and probationary periods,,. Manage all processes for leavers, exit interviews and documenting all meetings. Support our external payroll providing all information relating to new starters, leavers, absences, holidays and bonus payments. Provide guidance regarding performance management processes. Learning & development - working across the company to help with and coordinate training plans. Administer the process for new employees, for example; send offer letters, employment contracts, and process all pre-employment checks and inductions. Maintain HR database & other admin such as payroll information, company car details and insurances. Continue to drive our vision to be a diverse and inclusive company.
- Experience working in a HR standalone role or small team environment. Recent exposure to all areas of HR- Conducted disciplinary hearings, sickness reviews and grievances hearing- Microsoft office skills with great attention to detail and accuracy- An understanding of current legislation and employment law- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal sensitively with related issues and individuals using tact, diplomacy and discretion with minimal supervision. Living in or commutable to Nottingham- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver tasks in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and ability to overcome challenges and obstacles. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
