Responsibilities:

- General bartender service.
- Communicate drink choices to patrons.
- Learn to retain cocktail specifications by memory.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends.
- Learn and understand the separation of liquor, wine, and beer selections by bar, club, or restaurant.
- Use proper mixing techniques.
- Maintain professional relations with patrons and staff.
- Communicate with other bartenders as necessary to ensure smooth operation of the bar.
- Follow instructions given from the head bartender
- Close down at the end of each shift to retain cleanliness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £6.83 per hour
