Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails and beverages for our guests. This is a great opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and create memorable experiences for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a friendly manner

Note: All positions at our establishment are paid, including internships.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
