The head bartender oversees the over all running of the bar and other team members to ensure a positive customer experience. A knowledge of premium cocktails, spirits, mixology and trends is essential for this role.

Tasks are:

- Administer ordering & receiving procedures
- Maintain service quality & customer satisfaction
- Guide & support the team during service
- Preparing & serving cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages.
- Creative input when making new drinks.
- General upkeep of cleanliness of the bar
- Work with the door staff to control customers reservations
- Cashing up the till before & after a shift.

Hourly pay will reflect experience & performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BINGLEY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (required)
