Trainer - Maximo - London Position: Trainer - Maximo Location: London Contract: 8-Month Fixed Term Contract Hours: Full time Salary/Benefits: Up to £340/day (Inside IR-35) We are currently looking for a proactive Trainer with Maximo program experience to join a prominent organisation based in London on an initial 6-month Fixed Term Contract. The Trainer will deliver training to end users of MetroMaximo as part of the AMIS Project to ensure the new single Asset Management System (MetroMaximo) is successfully embedded. The job holder will be trained in the use of the system and how to deliver face-to-face training courses.

Key responsibilities of the Trainer:

- To deliver training to new MetroMaximo users in accordance with the AMIS Training Strategy and the AMIS Training Plans, to ensure there are a sufficient number of Users who are able to use or operate the MetroMaximo for the organisations’ business and/or operational needs.
- Work with relevant colleagues to ensure that the necessary training facilities are made available, are properly equipped etc.
- To attend a series of train-the-trainer courses to ensure that Trainers are proficient in the use of MetroMaximo and able to deliver training courses to end users.
- Prepare and fine tune self and project training materials and capture additional business knowledge of Subject Matter Experts in training material.
- Maintain and set up training facilities ahead of scheduled learning events to ensure that end user training can be successfully delivered.
- Collect and analyse feedback from delegates at learning events and participate in reviews of content quality that will contribute to continual improvement of course quality.

Key skills required of the Trainer:

- Good knowledge of AMIS / Maximo management process and the way in which the current asset management systems are used to manage these processes.
- Proven experience delivering training face-to-face
- Experience in evaluating training programmes and providing recommendations for further improvements
