**The role**
This role will involve working within the L&D Team to design, develop and deliver numerous different kinds of learning interventions to help meet business objectives across the entire TfL estate. This will involve learning many different systems, working in both business as usual and project environments and training face to face, virtually and via e-learning.
The role holder should bring an innovative perspective to organisational learning as they will play a key role in embedding new global H2R (hire to retire) L&D processes in to TfL. They will promote continuous improvement initiatives and become involved in TfL's journey to replace its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. The post holder will be an integral part of any rollout and therefore any experience of Success Factors/Work Force Management or S/4Hana would be beneficial.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the Design and Delivery Specialist Leads and Design and Delivery Manager in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions across TfL
- Fix any issues, manage non-attendance and respond to feedback to continually improve the learning and development offering
- Support the learning customer by managing customer queries and end user expectations, educating on core learning products and initiatives, resolving customer and end user queries and gathering feedback on service and analysing for trends producing insights to be analysed by design, development and delivery managers
- Improve the design, development and delivery of existing training to create fit for purpose, effective learning solutions that achieve the learner objectives
- Support people managers and stakeholders to define the learning and training needs available to their employees and to promote the services of online learning
- Contribute to driving required cultural attributes across the team including a focus on compliance and service delivery, customer service excellence, and a focus on controlled continuous improvement
- Deliver on agreed performance metrics for L&D

**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of how to design learning interventions through various methods to meet business needs (desirable)
- Can create learning content to meet business needs (desirable)
- Can design and facilitate face to face learning interventions
- Can design and deliver online / virtual learning content
- Can use Microsoft Office 365 suite to an advanced level
**Knowledge**
- Specialist knowledge of SAP systems, eg Success Factors or Ariba (desirable)
- Specialist knowledge of Asset Management system eg Ellipse, Maximo (desirable)
- Knowledge of Learning and Development processes across the employee lifecycle (desirable)
- Knowledge of work with third party suppliers in the learning and skills area (Desirable)
- Knowledge of TfL operating structure and Mayoral transport strategy (desirable)
- Knowledge of digital instructional design
**Experience**
- Experience of working in a Learning and Development function (desirable)
- Experience of designing, developing and delivering learning interventions for technical systems eg. CRM tools, asset management systems
- Experience in the design and delivery of virtual training
- Experience of working with third parties to deliver learning solutions of a high standard (desirable)
- Experience of using the Articulate 360 suite (desirable)
- Experience of using SAP Success Factors or Ariba (desirable)
