Full Time Administration Assistant

We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic individual who is reliable and will work well within a small friendly team. This role would suit someone with office administration experience, who is interested in a career in Administration.
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to advisers, clients, providers and other third parties.
Your main duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Data entry
- Answering the telephone/taking messages
- Dealing with the post and responding to general enquiries
- Producing letters and reports
- Ensuring that back-office system records are updated
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Good IT skills, particularly MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Solid understanding of first class customer service
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
