We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Ambassador. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service by answering inquiries, solving problems, and providing product information to customers. Your mission is to treat each contact as an opportunity to brighten someone’s day whilst leaving them with a feeling that their Nextbase product is an essential part of their life.

Customer Ambassador Role in the Adventure?

Professional Skills Required
- A degree or certificate in management or technology, or a related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience of working in a customer focused environment preferred.
- Your relationship-building prowess and interpersonal skills are brilliant.
- Your communication is powerful and persuasive, capable of influencing customers and your colleagues
- Able to demonstrate a capability in problem solving, decision making in time sensitive situations.
- With a professional, positive approach, your “can-do” attitude, self motivation, and readiness to go beyond are what make you stand out.
- You are firm in the face of pressure, adapting your methods with grace and wisdom.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision.

**Logistics**

We work to support our customers on a rota of: Monday - Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday: 10am to 6pm
