**Human Resources Administrator - Head Office, Greenbank, Newry**

**Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm**

**Friday 8.30am -4.00pm**

Our Head Office in Newry is looking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator to provide administrative support to the Group HR Function. We are seeking a motivated, proactive and highly organised individual to join our HR team. This role will primarily include the co-ordination and organising of training and learning and development within the Murdock Group (both in NI and ROI) and the postholder will also play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinating, scheduling and organising all training (including refresher training) to include Forklift, HIAB, CSR/Safepass, CPC, First Aid etc for the Murdock Group both NI and ROI including attendance tracking.
- Liaising with Branch Managers and Operations Supervisors to ensure Training is carried out in a timely manner.
- Booking training courses as required for Employees Learning and Development.
- Responsible for the maintenance of HR Training Matrix Records, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately and up to date.
- Liaising with external training providers already established and sourcing new training providers as required.
- Assist with all Human Resources Administrative duties as required by the HR Office including photocopying, filing, scanning and ensuring all HR Files are maintained to a high standard with all the appropriate documentation.

**Criteria**:

- One year’s administrative experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Excellent IT Skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Must have ability to work on own initiative and to work under pressure
- Work effectively within a team with good teamworking skills.
- Must have ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Previous experience of working within Human Resources desirable.
