Sales & Customer Associate

As a Sales & Customer Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. You will be responsible for both sales and customer support activities, helping our customers make informed purchasing decisions and addressing their post-purchase needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales**:Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
Educate customers about our products/services, features, and benefits.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales and customer support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products/services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Pay: £17,236.75-£29,738.30 per year

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Certificate of Higher Education (required)
**Experience**:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
