Our client a well-known award-winning Prestige Dealer Group is seeking a Product Specialist in the Havant area. Due to an internal promotion our client is seeking a hungry, enthusiastic individual to take their first step into the automotive industry.

They are a successful operation representing one of the most reliable names within the automotive industry, with over 50 years trading experience our client offers a stable working environment with a strong reputation forged into the local community. They are an operation selling over a 1000 cars per year within a representing a well-respected brand, with great product, a strong market share and plentiful stock featuring a wide range of vehicles, with several Electric Vehicles on market. They provide a friendly working atmosphere, with opportunities for career development and training.

This role would suit individuals looking to forge a career within the automotive sales environment. They provide a dedicated manufacturer approved product specialist certification programme comprising on-the job, e-learning, self-study, and training centre visits.

**Duties of a Product Specialist with our Client**:

- Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead.
- Providing detailed vehicle handovers of recently purchased vehicles.
- Organising and accompanying customers on test-drives.
- Studying on our vehicles and manufacturers to stand out from the rest and become an expert in the Brand.
- Learning about our products so you can help our customers find the perfect fit.
- Providing relevant information and being there for our customers with all the answers.

**What our client expects of their Product Specialist**:

- Full UK Driving Licence. - Preferably Clean - or to have completed driving test with 6 months of joining.
- Confident personality and articulate
- Ability to deliver exemplary levels of customer service.
- Focused, self-motivated
- Professional, presentable, and excellent communication skills
