Danfoss Power Solutions are proud to be at the forefront of digital and electric solutions that increase productivity and energy efficiency. We are seeking a results-focused Production Scheduling Specialist to join our team based in Havant, Hampshire, UK, on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis.

We offer a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, flexible working hours, and professional development opportunities.

As a Production Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for planning capacity of the manufacturing area against the order book, mapping out and planning inventory, analyzing data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customer service levels, and reduce total costs. You will also participate in calls and escalation meetings with customer representatives on behalf of the manufacturing area and maintain the accuracy and validity of item master and related planning data in the ERP system.

To thrive in this role, you should have experience and knowledge of ERP MRP systems, material/production scheduling experience, six-sigma skills, and knowledge of production and inventory management. Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential. APICS CPIM Certification is desirable but not essential.
