The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a **Transport Administrator** for a very busy Transport office based at Middlesbrough.

The position is ongoing and could lead to a permanent position within the company.

Duties include:

- Using a PC to prepare correspondence, statements, and reports with some direction
- Responsible for standard office procedures, sort, prioritize and distribute mail, order supplies and answer phones
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Gather, compile and maintain data, files, record systems
- Maintain budget records, prepare check requests and response memos
- Arrangements meeting and travel arrangements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, PC Literate, and with an ability to work as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills and experience with problem resolution
- Self motivated
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to receive both verbal and written instructions and fully understand the requirements quickly
- An admin/data processing/transport
- Able to meet targets & strict deadlines

Hours of work:

- Monday to Friday
- 08:00- 16:30

Pay Rates
- £12.31 per hour basic rate for first 40 hours worked
- £17.15 per hour overtime rate after 40 hours worked/Saturday
- £22.42 per hour overtime rate for Sunday and Bank Holiday
