An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Dental Receptionist** at our dental practice in Chineham, Basingstoke (Hampshire).

Position**:Dental Receptionist**

Start**:Immediate Start**

**Part Time Role Available**

Hours**:Monday-Thursday (8.30am - 5.45pm), Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)**

Hourly Pay**:£10.50 - 11.50**

**Experience is not** essential but preferred. Dental knowledge is a definite plus

**Salary**: Ranges depending on experience and the interview process.

Start Date: Immediate Start
- Ensure that the Reception desk is organised in an efficient manner and each and every patient are looked after during their visit to the practice.
- Requirements and duties may include:

- Excellent people management and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills, friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing, a team player
- Very well-presented and reliable and punctual, attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft and internet essential
- Excellent English language skills,
- Meeting and greeting patients,
- Responsible for managing appointments for patients
- Responsible for providing essential and correct digital forms and information to clients
- Taking and recording payment, invoicing
- Clerical tasks: managing work rota, finances.
- Tidying up reception area at end of working day
- Assisting the shutdown of the practice at the end of the day
- You will work closely with health professionals and be treated as a valued member of a team, helping to deliver an important service.
