- Thursday 5pm-9pm

**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- First point of contact our visitors and patients have during their hospital visit or telephone communication.
- Welcome visitors, patients, and contractors into the hospital in a professional and friendly manner, answering any queries and directing them to where they need to be, giving reassurance when needed.
- General administration tasks to support clinical and non-clinical staff in their duties**.**
**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin/ reception experience
- Previous NHS experience

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents

**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
