**Job Description**:

- Join us as a Health & Wellbeing Advisor where you will provide integrated proactive early intervention health and wellbeing programme and bestow a positive impact on employees’ health and wellbeing.
- To make a positive contribution to Anglo American Woodsmith Occupational Health Departments vision and strategic objectives.
- Implement AA Group Total Health Framework
- Educate and support staff on their journey to self-ownership of health and wellbeing. Supporting the Beyond Zero Harm philosophy
- Development of the strategy to deliver risk-based health and wellbeing interventions.
- Development of rehabilitation programs to support phased RTW
- Manage referrals for ill health and/or injury
- Develop communications strategy for all events and programs.
- Participatory health plan development e.g. diet sheets, back care programme etc.
- Evaluation of programs, service providers and overall employees experience.
- Assist in the reduction of absence and injury.
- Support the existing medical team with the delivery of Health Screening and Health Promotion etc.
- Qualifications
- Qualification in any of the following, RGN, Physiotherapy, Physical Therapy, Nutrition or Counselling.
- Qualification Degree/Diploma in Health & Wellbeing Desirable.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Must be able to work with diverse groups and personalities.
- Must be able to take direction and follow instructions closely.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Self-confidence, motivation, and strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Presentation skills

- A valid UK country driving license is required for this role
- This role may require a company medical assessment in line with the role requirements.
