We are constructing a state-of-the-art underground mine to enable the extraction of Polyhalite - a unique multi-nutrient fertiliser - along with the necessary infrastructure both above and below ground that will be required for transport, processing, and distribution.

POLY4 is our flagship multi-nutrient fertiliser product. Made from polyhalite, it contains four of the six macro-nutrients and many micronutrients that are essential to plant growth. It allows farmers to maximize their crop yield, increase quality and improve soil structure with one simple product.

**Job Description**:

- The purpose of this role is to assist in the provision of an effective administrative service to support the Occupational Health, Wellbeing and Hygiene team.
- Providing an efficient and professional administrative service to facilitate a smooth running and co-ordination of the administration of the dept.
- Communicating with employees and coordinating appointments
- Arrange meetings as and when required
- Review and action electronic correspondence and disseminate as appropriate
- Undertake data input, accurately inputting data using a variety of the company’s IT systems in a timely way and facilitate report generation
- Maintenance of medical records, including scanning of notes
- Deal with day to day general queries from the site departments and external stakeholders.
- Support the front processing of referrals. Pre-employment medicals, existing medicals and management referrals.
- To book, amend and cancel clinic appointments.
- Ensure that all employees medical declarations are recorded, and that any relevant information is provided to the stakeholders involved.
- Help to maintain secure and accurate records within the department.
- Management of confidential documents.
- Liaise with Occupational Health Hygiene and Wellbeing team members support communications and programs.
- Communicate with the relevant stakeholders and site wide.
- Adhere to information governance, GPDR and confidentially always.
- Qualifications
- Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English & Maths A-C) or GCSE Level 9-4
- Fluency in using Microsoft packages, Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Teams etc
- Experience of working in a busy office / customer care environment
- Experience of working in Healthcare/Occupational Health
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Self-confidence, motivation, and strong organizational skills
- Additional Information
- A valid UK country driving license is required for this role
- This role may require a company medical assessment in line with the role requirements.
