You will deliver a proactive health and wellbeing programme and provide a positive impact on employees’ health and wellbeing.

You can expect a competitive salary of between £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience, with excellent benefits such as an enhanced pension, discretionary bonus, private medical and life assurance cover, 33 days holidays including bank holidays, and free transport provided from the outskirts of Scarborough.

You will ideally have a qualification related to health and wellbeing - including physiotherapy, nutrition, counselling or similar. Most importantly you should be passionate about the wellbeing of employees and work to provide a positive contribution to the overall health strategy.

As an Employee Wellbeing Advisor, you will:

- Make a positive contribution to Occupational Health Department’s vision and strategic objectives
- Educate and support staff on their journey to self-ownership of health and wellbeing
- Deliver risk-based health and wellbeing interventions
- Development of rehabilitation programs to support phased RTW
- Manage referrals for ill health and/or injury
- Develop communications strategy for all events and programs
- Evaluation of programs, service providers and overall employees experience
- Assist in the reduction of absence and injury
- Support the existing medical team with the delivery of Health Screening and Health Promotion etc
- Legal compliance

This will be working full time Monday to Friday, earning a competitive salary of between £25,000 - £28,000
