Temporary Branch Administrator

Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling staff shifts, ensuring customer service standards are met, and managing cash flow and deposits.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the branch to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of branch staff to ensure a competent workforce.
- Manage branch financial activities, including budget preparation, expense control, and financial reporting to optimize profitability.
- Facilitate communication between branch staff and upper management, acting as a liaison to ensure that branch needs and corporate strategies align.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are maintained appropriately to meet customer demand without excessive surplus.
- Organize and promote local marketing initiatives to enhance branch visibility in the community and attract new business.
**Salary**: £13.20 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
