About The Role**About The Role**

Due to the continued success and expansion of Avonline Networks we have an exciting opportunity for a Plant & Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet team in Bristol.

Avonline Networks deliver service excellence on a nationwide basis. From the national fibre networks which millions of homes and businesses rely upon every day, to the infrastructure that delivers the latest technology to Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU's) across the UK. Providing installation and maintenance of infrastructure to MDU's across the UK for public sector, social housing, and private landlords, which include the latest technology, FTTP and IRS.

**The role & responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Plant & Fleet Manager and based in Ashton vale Bristol your role will be to work closely with team members at our depots in the South West, South East & North East and support the fleet operation, helping them to work effectively and effeciently.

**You will**:

- Be compiling and sending daily reports to the team
- Processing penalty charge Notices
- Be responisble for processing new starter / leavers informtion
- Analysis of telematics infomation
- Validation of information on company systmes
- Support our other admin functions during busy periods, holidays Etc.
- At times there may be some additional tasks to complete as the buisness expands

**What we need from you.**
- Strong administraion skills
- Good communication, you will need to deal with staff at all levels
- Can work on own initiative, at times unsupervised and a busy working environment
- Excellent attention to detail is crucial for this role

**Normal working hours**

**Mon - Fri 07:00 - 16:00**
