About The RoleWe are looking for a Plant & Fleet Supervisor to be part of our team in the UK working nationally.

**What will you be doing?**

This is a key role within our Plant & Fleet Department, working alongside our Plant & Fleet Manager you will be responsible for daily activities & support all regions as a business we cover (South West, South East, North East, East Anglia).

This role fits within Avonline's and will work collaboratively with Operations keeping them legal and compliant.

Avonline Networks operates as a Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Company and is part of the Telecom Division of M Group Services. We are specialists in building high-quality communication networks that connect millions of properties across the UK, from national fibre networks for voice and data services, to delivering the latest technology to multiple dwelling units.

**What **will your key responsibilities be?**
- Take responsibility for continuous improvement and safety performance of the transport fleet, utilising telematics data and coaching underperforming drivers.
- Take the lead in all investigations of Motor Vehicle Incidents to establish the causation and remedial actions to prevent recurrence.
- Work with the Fleet team and HR team in addressing road vehicle offences and prevention methods.
- Responsible for ensuring that reported complaints & issues are investigated..
- Liaise with all Regions, Departments and MGroup functions, build excellent working relationships and encourage a One Team approach.
- Take on new assignments when required.

Provide assistance and cover for all levels in all regions as business need dictates.
