As a Cellular Pathology Cancer Pathway and Digital MDT Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to our cellular pathology and cancer teams. Your responsibilities will include navigating and tracking all patients suspected of having or diagnosed with cancer throughout their clinical journey.
Provide support to both the cellular pathology and cancer teams by navigating and tracking of all patients suspected of having or diagnosed with cancer along the clinical pathway with regards to diagnostic and prognostic investigations whilst also identifying patients who may potentially breach national waiting time targets and Cancer Standards and taking appropriate positive action to negate this possibility
