A longstanding client of Oscar's is looking to expand their team with a Scrum Master to join their well-established team, sitting within a wider tech team. The business has an extensive growth plan for over the next few years, with a real focus on enetringnew markets. You would be working with 2 new squads that will be responsible for looking after the e-commerce website, working closely with marketing.
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years' experience working in a scrum master role. It will be vital to have the ability to influence others and communicate regularly & effectively is equally as important.
**What you will need**:
?? Experience working within or with agile software development teams
?? Passion for building high-performance teams
?? Skills and knowledge of key scrum master principles
?? Good communication skills
?? Be an extremely good problem solver and good organisational skills
?? The ability to work with a range of stakeholders
The office is based in Nottingham with the requirement to attend the office 2-3 times per week, you will also benefit from:
- Extensive training and development tailored to you (training courses and programmes, secondments, work shadowing, mentoring, buddy programmes)
