Job Introduction
**We are looking for dynamic Project Officers who are highly organised, articulate and friendly with verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and us their own initiative. You will be liaising with a wide variety of professionals across Children’s Services, supporting them to develop and use case recording systems. You will also be responsible for supporting and delivering technical projects to enhance or streamline daily practice including data cleansing tasks. Do you have experience supporting and delivering projects? Are you someone who can work under pressure, communicate, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands? We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated Project Officers to provide comprehensive project support and business as usual maintenance to services across Early Help and Social Care and the Education Division. We are part of a Local Authority dedicated to championing change for children, young people, and their families.

**This role is varied and will include duties such as**:

- Work with Practice Leads and provide technical and comprehensive project support
- Develop the Liquidlogic Children’s Systems
- Work with Senior Managers to identify improvement projects
- Work independently to co-ordinate the development and implementation of allocated projects
- Maintain Project Management procedures, and associated documentation
- Identify and report on possible areas of risk
- Provide guidance and support to staff
- Write and produce guidance documentation and process maps
