Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Administrator
Location: Hertfordshire

**Salary**: £30,000
We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join a Retail Company based in Hertfordshire.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for the full payroll process, including end-to-end processing of payroll, administering monthly payments, and providing advice and support on payroll queries.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls
- Calculate and process statutory deductions such as SSP, SMP and SPP
- Administer monthly payments
- Provide advice and support on payroll queries
- Processing salary sacrifice of Child Care Vouchers
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Prepare and submit reports to HMRC
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff
- Maintain payroll records
- Assist with any other ad-hoc payroll duties
Technical Skills:

- Experience of using payroll systems
- Knowledge of payroll legislation
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
