An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Nuclear Baseline Technical Support **to join the Nuclear Standards Team at Rolls-Royce Submarines Limited (RRSL). Ensuring the delivery and ongoing management of the RRSL Nuclear Baseline by supporting relevant business areas to prepare change documents; tracking key actions from change governance meetings and providing technical support to the Nuclear Standards team in relation to maintaining organisational structures and governance. The role is achieved by building good relationships with all relevant business areas and key stakeholders, whilst ensuring documentation is of the required standard.

**What you will be doing**:
You will support delivery and maintenance of the Nuclear Baseline.
- Track and understand the management of organisational change within the business ensuring that all necessary actions are completed to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Interacting with all business units and cross functional areas to ensure next steps are fully understood and managed as part of the safety management processes.
- Support business areas to ensure understanding of requirements in the preparation of documentation for nuclear baselines and management of organisational change.
- Monitor the requirement for updates of documentation in support of business areas **.**:

- Support the management of organisational change process by preparing documentation, tracking actions, carrying out actions. Preparing standard meeting packs in relation to management of organisational change.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for contribution to the wider business governance reporting requirements.
- Coach others in the preparation of documentation for nuclear baselines and management of organisational change.
- Support the Nuclear Standards team as required including completing actions to close out management of organisational change**
**Who we’re looking for**:

- Experience of working on nuclear licensed sites or a highly regulated organisation in a role supporting safety management systems is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships across the business is a key requirement.
- Detail orientated, confident around use of technical terms where knowledge may be limited.
- Good project co-ordination ability, some facilitation will be required.
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and/or previous experience in a related discipline is desirable.
- Previous experience in a complex organisation where cross business/functional interaction is an advantage.
